Coronavirus Update: Your Health Is Our Top Priority In Ogden UT

Chiropractic Ogden UT COVID

To our Practice Members & Potential Patients,

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to our communities.  Our Ogden UT office remains open to serve the healthcare needs of our patients.

Our office is committed to the health and safety of our Patients and Clinic Staff.  Dr. Annis is closely monitoring State and county guidelines, as well as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC)/World Health Organization (WHO) daily for updates and reliable information on the 2019 coronavirus (COVID-19).

To protect our patients against infection, here are some of the measures we take every day to help keep our community healthy, as well as some tips for what you can do to support our community in general.

In-Clinic Precautions

Signs are prominently posted at the front door and at the check-in counter asking patients to not enter the office if they are sick, running a fever, or have been in contact with anyone who is sick.

Because this virus is easily transmissible even when there is no evidence of illness, we are taking the following in-office precautions.

  • Each staff member's temperature is checked at the beginning of each day.
  • Each patient's temperature is checked at the beginning of the visit.
  • Each surface is thoroughly sanitized after patient contact.
  • All patient-use equipment is sanitized between each patient visit.
  • Our waiting room area seating has been reduced to allow for safe distancing between patients.
  • All clinic staff have been instructed in preventive measures.

What Can You Do In Ogden UT?

  1. Get an adjustment. Studies show the immune system is more active after a chiropractic adjustment. Call (801) 621-2541 for an appointment
  2. Wash your hands frequently. A minimum of 20 seconds is necessary.
    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  3. Continue to practice Social distancing.
  4. Avoid close contact with people who are sick and stay home if you have been exposed.
  5. Help support your immunity with good sleep, exercise, drinking water, and taking the right supplements. We suggest taking an anti-viral immune boosting complex such as Viro-KO from Innovita, Immuplex or Congaplex from Standard Process, or Colloidal Silver. All have been shown to increase immune system response.

Sincerely,
- Dr. Tim Annis
